Peek-a-boo!

Peek-a-boo! “Cal Ripfin,” a male great white, shark pops his face in the frame! White sharks have a tendency to sneak up on you at times, especially when you’re more focused on looking at another shark through the viewfinder. It’s not uncommon to turn another direction only to find another photogenic shark in the viewfinder ready for a close-up. Fortunately, I was able to snap this shot of Cal and capture his ever-present “smile.”
